The non-cognitive skills in international studies: features and critical aspects

Over the years, different definitions have accompanied evolution of non-cognitive skills concept. In this essay, we will analyse, in particular, their social-emotional dimension, through Survey on Social and Emotional Skills (OECD, 2017); features critical aspects that characterized development and, if is it possible to separate cognitive skills.
